DIRECTIONS:
1. Saute corned beef in garlic until cooked.
2. Fry garlic with rice.
3. Fry egg sunny side up.
4. Arrange on a plate. Serve and enjoy!

INGREDIENTS:
Ground chicken
Corned beef
Egg
Chopped onion
Ground black pepper
Salt
Butter
Whole corn kernel
Carrot
Flour
Gravy mix
Cream of chicken
Water
Cooking oil

DIRECTIONS:
1. Mix well the ground chicken, corned beef, egg, flour, cream of chicken, salt, ground black pepper, and chopped onions. Form it round and flat then fry it in medium fire. Set aside.
2. In a pan, mix water, cream of chicken, and gravy mix. Bring to boil then put the fried meat patties. Let it simmer to soften the patties.
3. Steam the whole corn kernel and cut carrots in buttered water. Serve as side dish. Enjoy!
