SPECIAL BANANA PANCAKE

A pancake made from saba banana can be so tasty combine with cheese and salted egg. It’s preparation may be quick and easy, but good enough to serve as a special treat during family merienda. Enjoy it with hot or cold drinks.
INGREDIENTS:
Saba banana
condensed milk
All purpose flour
Egg
Salted egg
cheese

DIRECTIONS:

  • Chop and mash the banana.
  • mix the mashed banana in condensed milk, all purpose flour, and egg. Then fry in butter.
  • Put the cheese and salted egg on top.
  • Turn upside down to cook well.
  • Serve and enjoy.

SQUASH AND AMPALAYA WITH SHRIMP AND EGG

Try this simple mix of two different vegetable in one dish. A blend of bitter sweet taste neutralized by the  flavor of shrimp and egg. Simple and nutritious, enjoy it with fried meat or fish.

INGREDIENTS:
Squash
Ampalaya
Shrimp
Egg
Cooking oil
Salt
Garlic
Onion
Tomato
Water

 

DIRECTIONS:
1. Sauté shrimp in garlic, onion, onion, and tomato.
2. Add salt, then the squash. Add the ampalaya until cooked.
3. Pour the egg. Mix well then simmer for minute. Serve and enjoy.
