INANG’S SHRIMP IN BILIMBI FRUIT (KAMIAS)

The procedure of this dish is so easy. You only need to saute shrimps, kamias, and onion. This type of food is a mother’s alternative appetite booster after eating a line of fatty meat dishes.

INGREDIENTS:
Shrimp
Onion
Kamias
Salt
Cooking oil
Water

DIRECTIONS:
1. Saute peeled shrimps in chopped onions.
2. Add salt and water.
3. Bring to boil then put the thin sliced kamias.
4. Simmer for few minutes then serve.

DIRECTIONS:

2. Saute chopped onion with the fried meat.
3. Pour the oyster sauce and ketsup. Mix well and simmer for few minutes.
4. Include the thin sliced bell pepper. Stir then serve.

2. Saute chopped garlic, onion, and tomato. Put the meat chunks.
3. Bring to boil then simmer until the meat chunks become tender. Add salt and fish sauce.
4. Drain the soaked ampalaya then wash. Include it in the saute.
5. Make it half cooked then pour the scrumbled eggs. Mix evenly then serve.
