A little bit of twist for this pinoy style guisado by using starch noodles (dangmyun). Try and taste… enjoy!
INGREDIENTS:
Dangmyun (starch noodles)
Shrimp
Garlic
Onion
Green long pepper
Cabbage
Sayote
Carrots
Beans
Ground black pepper
Oyster sauce
Spicy soy sauce
Fish sauce
Salt
Water
Oil
Calamansi
Egg
DIRECTIONS:
1. Boil the noodles for minutes until cooked. Drain then set aside.
2. Saute shrimp in chopped garlic and onion. Add salt, fish sauce, oyster sauce, spicy soy sauce, water, ground black pepper. Put all the cut veggies, stir then let it half cooked. Add the noodles and mix well. Let it simmer for a minute. Serve with calamansi and hard boiled egg.
DIRECTIONS:
1. Peel and cut potatoes, cucumber, and carrots. Fry the potatoes like french fries.
2. Fry the whole corn kernel in butter.
3. Wash the lettuce, arrange all in plates. Use the roasted sesame dressing and ketsup as sauce. Enjoy!
DIRECTIONS:
1. Fry the bacon and scrumbled egg with salt.
2. Wash and cut the Romaine lettuce.
3. Cut the baby potatoes in halves then fry in butter.
4. Peel and cut the cucumber then mix it with the lettuce and roasted sesame dressing. Arrange all in a plate, add rice, enjoy!
Call it a heavy meal. Just right to boost enough strength to start a hectic day.

DIRECTIONS:
1. Boil pork in soy sauce and calamansi juice. Cook until tender then fry.
2. Put butter in boiling water then blanch the mixed veggies in few seconds. Drain. Season with Himalayan Pink Salt then set aside.
3. Saute minced garlic until turned golden brown in color, then mixed the plain rice. Arrange all on a platter, serve and enjoy!

DIRECTIONS:
1. Cut chicken meat in chunks, boil it in salt and butter, cook until tender, fry then set aside.

3. Pour small amount of vinegar, let it simmer for a minute.
4. Arrange the asparagus on a plate with roasted sesame dressing on top. Now add the chicken chunks on the side. Serve and enjoy.
