INGREDIENTS: Ground pork Corned beef Egg Flour Onion Ground black pepper Salt Garlic Rice Cooking Oil DIRECTIONS: 1. Mix the ground pork, corned beef, flour, egg, salt, ground black pepper. Fry into round flat shape patties. Set aside. 2. Cook the garlic rice and the sunny side up egg. 3. Arrange on a plate with sliced tomato then serve.
