Fast and simple to cook, nutritious and delicious. Can stand alone without any fried fish or meat. Just right to make you eat with pleasure.

INGREDIENTS:
String beans
Shrimp
Garlic
Onion
Tomato
Salt
Fish sauce
Water
Cooking oil

DIRECTIONS:
1. Saute shrimp in  chop garlic, onion, and tomato. Add salt, fish sauce, and water. Bring to boil.
2. Drop the string beans. Simmer for few minutes then serve.

GOLDEN PORK CURRY 3

Enjoy a spicy lunch with this Asian delight. The more you heat it, the tastier it becomes.

INGREDIENTS:
Pork chunks
Curry powder or paste
Ginger
Garlic
Onion
Carrots
Potatoes
Bell pepper
Water
Salt
Coconut milk
Cooking oil

DIRECTIONS:
1. Saute chunk pork meat in ginger, garlic, and onion. Simmer then add water. Bring to boil.
2. While boiling, drop the curry paste. Stir well. Put water and salt.
3. When the pork becomes tender, add chop potato, carrots, bell pepper, and coconut milk.
4. Mix, simmer for few minutes then serve.

MEATBALL SOUP

This flavorful meaty soup will give a warmer feeling on a cold weather. Enjoy it hot!

INGREDIENTS:
Ground pork
Flour
Egg
Salt
Pepper
Onion
Garlic
Carrots
Cabbage
Meat stock
Misua noodles
Water
Cooking oil

DIRECTIONS:
1. Combine ground pork, salt and pepper, scrumbled egg, and flour. Mix well.
2. In a casserole, saute garlic and onion. Add water and meat stock then bring to boil.
3. While boiling, start forming meatballs then drop in the broth. Add salt to taste.
4. Include the chop carrots and cabbage. Put the misua noodles. Simmer for a minute then serve.

GARLIC SHRIMP IN OYSTER SAUCE

Oyster sauce
Ketsup
Salt
Water
Long green chili

DIRECTIONS:
1. Saute shrimps in garlic. Add salt and water. Bring to boil.
2. Pour the oyster sauce and ketsup. Simmer for few minutes. Stir well.
3. Add the cut long green chili. Mix then serve.

Cooked riced
Garlic
Onion
Sayote
Carrots
Ground pork
Water
Cooking oil fush sauce

DIRECTIONS:
1. Saute the ground pork in garlic and onion. Add salt and fish sauce. Add water then boil until tender. Put the sayote and carrots, simmer for few minutes.
2. For the crunchy shrimp, peel the shrimps then add salt and pepper. Pour scrumbled egg then cover it with flour. Fry then set aside.
3. Stir-fry the cooked rice in chop garlic.
4. Arrange in a platter then serve.
