CORNED BEEF AND EGG BREAKFAST

This is an early morning boost to get energy your body needs. Before going to school or work, make sure that you eat your mom’s prepared breakfast to lighten up your mood all day.

INGREDIENTS:
Corned beef
Garlic
Onion
Tomato
Salt
Water
Eggs
Cooking oil

DIRECTIONS:
1. Saute garlic, onion, and tomato.
2. Add the corned beef.
3. Add salt and water if needed.
4. Put the small cut potatoes.
5. Mix well then bring to boil.
6. When the potato is cooked, serve.

TUNA TORTA

Tuna flakes in bell pepper, carrots, and potato cuts covered with scrumbled eggs, will absolutely tickle your taste buds.

INGREDIENTS:
Tuna flakes
Potato
Carrots
Garlic
Onion
Bell pepper
Eggs
Salt
Cooking oil
Water

DIRECTION:
1. Drain the oil of the tuna flakes.
2. Saute tuna flakes in garlic and onion.
3. Stir well then add water.
4. Add the potato and carrot chunks with the bell pepper.
5. Add salt, mix, simmer for few minutes to cook then set aside.
6. Fry beaten eggs then put the cooked tuna on top.
7. Get a plate, turn the torta upside down, then serve.

CHICKEN SOPAS

A heart warming soup is always ready to bring appetite specially from a cold tummy break.

INGREDIENTS:
Chicken, pork, or beef meat
Pasta
Garlic
Onion
Fish sauce
Salt
Ground black pepper
Hotdog
Bell pepper
Carrots
Cabbage
Cooking oil
Evaporated milk
Water

DIRECTIONS:
1. Sauté chicken in garlic and onion.
2. Add salt, ground black pepper, fish sauce. Simmer for minutes then the cut hotdogs and  pasta. Add water.
3. Boil until cooked and tender.
4.  Include the carrots, bell pepper, and cabbage.
7. Mix well then put the evaporated milk then serve.

PINOY BISTEK

Although a simple procedure is needed to cook this protein dish, an expert tongue is a must to balance the sour salty blend of calamansi juice and soy sauce with onion rings as the main flavor teaser.

INGREDIENTS:
Pork or beef
Soy sauce
Calamansi juice
White onion
Cooking oil
Water

DIRECTIONS:
1. Boil the meat with soy sauce and calamansi juice.
2. Add water then wait till becomes tender.
3. Separate the meat first to its stock then fry it a little.
4. After frying, saute it with onion then pour back the stock.
5. Simmer for few minutes then serve.

SIPO EGG

A luxurious combination of mouth watering ingredients create a festive mood for the family. The blending of cream and mushroom  adds to its tasteful sauce. Fast and easy to eat but a handful during preparations.

INGREDIENTS:
Chicken
Shrimp
Ham
Hotdog
Cream of mushroom
Button mushroom
Boiled Quail eggs
Garlic
Onion
Potato
Carrot
Singkamas (turnip)
Whole corn kernel
Green peas
Sayote
All purpose cream
Salt
Butter
Water

DIRECTIONS:
1. Sauté chicken, shrimp, and mushroom in chopped garlic and onion in butter. Let it cook until tender.
2. Include ham and hotdog. Add salt and water to boil.
3. Put all the vegetable ingredients.
4. Add the all purpose cream and quail eggs. Mix well.
5. Simmer for few minutes then serve.
