DRIED FISH

A traditional pinoy mom knows how to serve a different version of fried fish in a twist. By marinating boneless fish in vinegar, salt, pepper, and garlic, others put sugar, then let it sun dry for sometime. Others just put it inside the fridge overnight to get the spicy taste they like.

INGREDIENTS:
Fish
Vinegar
Ground black pepper
Salt
Garlic
Cooking oil

DIRECTIONS:
1. Cut the fish in halves.
2. Marinade fish in vinegar, chop garlic, salt and pepper for one day.
3. Drain then fry. Serve.

PORK NILAGA

Enjoy the goodness of flavorful soup from tender meat boiled in spices, leafy vegetables, potatoes, and corn.

INGREDIENTS:
Pork ribs or lean meat
Potatoes
Corn
Cabbage
Petchay
Onion and leaves
Ground black pepper
Salt
Water
Fish sauce
Long green chili

DIRECTIONS.
1. Boil the pork then drain to remove dirt. boil again until tender.
2. Put corn, onion, pepper, and salt and fish sauce.
3. Add  potatoes when meat is tender.
4. Put cabbage and petchay to cook. Simmer for a minute then serve.

BOLA BOLA REBOSADO

Delight your taste with meatballs and hard boiled eggs, covered in sweet sauce and with cut veggies.

INGREDIENTS:
Ground pork
Corned beef
Flour
Ground black pepper
Onion
Eggs boiled
Hotdogs
Ketsup
Salt
Bell pepper
Cooking oil
Carrots
Water

DIRECTIONS:
1. Mix ground pork, corned beef, egg, flour, ground black pepper, salt, and chopped onions.
2. Portion the mixture into small balls, fry then set aside.
3. Saute onion then put the meatballs with cut bell pepper, carrots , and hotdogs.
4. Pour the ketsup. Put the hard boiled eggs. Add water then bring to boil.
5. Simmer for few minutes then put onion rings before turning off the fire. Serve.

CORNED BEEF PINOY

Pinoy style corned beef will surely power up an all day active routine.

INGREDIENTS:
Corned beef
Potatoes
Garlic
Onion
Tomato
Salt
Water
Cooking oil

DIRECTIONS:
1. Saute  garlic, onion, tomato, then mix the corned beef.
2. Add salt, water and potato chunks.
3. Simmer for few minutes then serve.

PORK AFRITADA

After a long day from school, or a hectic work schedule, a delicious dinner is enough to invite a bonding mood and relaxation to the family.

INGREDIENTS:
Pork
Potato, peeled and halved
Carrot, peeled and halved
Red onion, diced
Garlic
Onion
Green and red bell pepper, sliced into strips
Tomato sauce
Pepper
Salt
Fish sauce
Cooking oil
Water

DIRECTIONS:
1. Sauté meat in garlic and onion.  Put salt, fish sauce, pepper, and water.
2. Simmer until tender.
3. Pour tomato sauce, then add  cut potato and carrot until cooked.
4. Add green and red bell pepper, simmer for  few mitunes then serve.
