CORN SNACK

Corn is a fruit that we cook in different ways. We make it as starch, grate it to make soup, roast and boil it as a snack. A very versatile ingredient in many dishes. How simple or complicated we may prepare it, still, we will enjoy eating this natural gift from nature.

INGREDIENTS:
Whole corn kernel
Garlic
Salt
Cooking
oil

DIRECTIONS:
1. Remove the kernels from the corncob.
2. Sauté the kernels in chopped garlic. Add a little salt to taste.
3. Constant stirring until cooked. Serve.

Pinoy Breakfast

Call it a simple meal. Common, but totally awesome! The more you eat the more you’ll love it. A native combination to get positive and energetic.

INGREDIENTS:
Egg
Eggplant
Garlic
Rice
Smoked fish
Vinegar
Cooking oil

DIRECTIONS:
1. Fry the smoked fish, eggplant, scrambled egg.
2. Cook the garlic rice.
3. Arrange on a platter with vinegar as dip. Enjoy.

Burger sandwich is a heavy snack to consider. Converting it into meal is so easy to do. Just add rice and egg to the it is a good breakfast meal to enjoy.

INGREDIENTS:
Ground pork
Corned beef
Egg
Flour
Onion
Ground black pepper
Salt
Garlic
Rice
Cooking Oil

DIRECTIONS:
1. Mix the ground pork, corned beef, flour, egg, salt, ground black pepper. Fry into round flat shape patties. Set aside.
2. Cook the garlic rice and the sunny side up egg.
3. Arrange on a plate with sliced tomato then serve.

BURGER STEAK

This is a common style burger steak. You can cook it on a sizzling plate, or just a simple setting. It contains an empowering protein with its creamy gravy that is so enticing. Enough as a full meal to brighten up a busy day.

INGREDIENTS:
Ground pork
Corned beef
Sliced button mushroom
Butter
Soy sauce
Onion
Ground black pepper
Salt
Egg
Cream of mushroom
Milk
Flour
Cooking oil
Water

DIRECTIONS:
A. For the burger patties
1. Mix ground pork, corned beef, chopped onion, ground black pepper, salt, egg, flour. Blend well then form round flat patties then fry. Set aside.
B. For the gravy sauce
1. Sauté sliced button mushroom in butter.
2. Dissolve cream of mushroom, milk, soy sauce, and ground black pepper in water.
3. Boil and simmer the mixture with constant stirring. Put the buttered mushroom.
2. Arrange the burger patties putting gravy on top with mushroom. Enjoy.

INGREDIENTS:
Ground pork
Shrimp
Bihon noodles
Fish sauce
Garlic
Onion
Anato seeds
Flour
Chicharon
Egg
Onion leaves
Calamansi
Salt
Ground black pepper
Water
Cooking oil

DIRECTIONS:
1. Saute the ground pork in garlic and onion. Add salt, ground back pepper, and water. Cook until tender.
2. Fry the shrimp using cooking oil with anato seed color. Add salt, then mix it with the sauteed ground pork. Mix well then set aside
3. Dissolve flour in water then put salt, ground black pepper, anato water, and sauteed shrimp extract. Stir well to boil until cooked.
4. Boil the bihon noodles, the the eggs, crush the chicharon, and chopped the onion leaves.
5. Fry extra crushed garlic for the toppings.
6. Now arrange the bihon noodles on a plate. Pour the sauce. As toppings, put the mix sauteed meat and shrimp. Add chicharon, egg, fried garlic, onion leaves, ground black pepper. Squeeze calamansi then serve.
