HEALTHY SNACK 1

Always enjoy fresh veggies that will satisfy your hunger but never sacrifice your healthy diet.

INGREDIENTS:
Lettuce
Whole corn kernel
Cucumber
Tomatoes
Chicken
Mayonaise
Ketsup
Kalamansi
Soy sauce
Cooking oil
Butter

DIRECTIONS:
1. Boil the chicken in kalamansi juice and soy sauce. Let it simmer until tender, drain then fry. Set aside.
2. Heat the whole corn kernel with butter for few minutes. Set aside.
3. Slice the tomatoes and cucumber in thin cuts.
4. Mix mayonnaise and ketsup in a cup as dip.
5. Arrange all in a plate then serve.

CAMARON REBOSADO

A platter of this shrimpy crunch is enough to brighten up your whole day’s active routine.

INGREDIENTS:
Shrimp
Tomato
Onion  or onion leaves
Breading mix
Flour
Cooking oil
Ground black pepper

DIRECTIONS:
1. Remove the shrimp skin.  Devein it.
2. Join breading mix, flour, and ground black pepper.
3. Cover the shrimp with  the mix breading.
4. Fry till cooked.
6. Combine it with chopped tomato, onion or onion leaves then serve.
7. If you like, just use sweet and sour sauce or ketsup as dip.

PINOY SPAGHETTI

All time favorite in children’s party, and family holidays. A common plate teaser during celebrations, and many occasions, showing the common Pinoy kiddie side, happy and cheerful.

INGREDIENTS:
Spaghetti pasta 
Ground pork
Corned beef
Button mushroom
Hotdog
Carrot
Bell pepper
Ground pepper
Garlic
Onion
Butter
Salt
Pinoy style spaghetti sauce
Ketsup
Sugar
Water
Cheese

DIRECTIONS:
1. Boil spaghetti pasta to cook. Set aside.
2. Sauté garlic, onion, ground pork, corned beef and mushroom in butter.
3. Add salt and water. Bring to boil until tender.
4. Put the hotdog, chopped carrot, and bell pepper.
5. Pour the spaghetti sauce and ketsup.
6. Sugar is optional depending on your desired sweetness.
7. Stir regularly then simmer for few minutes. 
8. Put the cooked pasta on a plate. Pour the sauce, grated cheese on top, then serve.

SIZZLING TOFU

Eating tofu has never been this fun! The flavor of oyster sauce mixing with the sweet potato cuts, chicken, and bell pepper, will surely  excite the pinoy taste buds in  a kicky way.

INGREDIENTS:
Tofu
Chicken breast
Sweet potato
Cooking oil
Salt
Onion
Oyster sauce
Bell pepper
Red and green chili
Celery
Onion leaves
Water

DIRECTIONS:
1. Fry individually: chicken, tofu, and sweet potato, then set aside.
2. Mix water, oyster sauce, and salt. Bring to boil.
3. Put the fried chicken, tofu, and sweet potato cubes in the mixture. Simmer for few minutes.
4. Add the bell pepper, celery, onion leaves, onion, green and red chili.
5. Mix well then Serve.

BUKO PANDAN SALAD

A tired stressful day can be washed out with this refreshing sweet dessert.

INGREDIENTS:
Grated buko meat
Pandan leaves
Green gulaman
Sugar
Nata de coco
Kaong
Nestle cream
Condensed milk
Cheese
Water

DIRECTIONS:
1. Mix gulaman in water with sugar and pandan leaves.
2. Bring to boil then taste until you reached the desired sweetness.
3. Remove the pandan leaves then simmer for few minutes, set aside to cool.
4. Cut the cooled solid gulaman into cubes.
5. Mix the buko meat, cubed gulaman, nata de coco, kaong, nestle cream, condensed milk and cheese bits.
6. Put in a container then freeze. Serve when chilled.
