Dried fish
Eggplant
tomato
Vinegar
Rice
Salt

DIRECTIONS:
1. Fry the eggs, scrambled or sunny side up.
2. Fry dried fish, cut eggplant and tomato.
3. Arrange on a plate with rice and vinegar as dip.Enjoy.

GOLDEN PORK CURRY 2

This food denotes a wide variety of dishes whose origins are Asian cuisines. Although not a common Pinoy favorite, we learn to appreciate these complex combination of spices and herbs in a different taste.

INGREDIENTS:
Pork meat
Golden curry cubes
Potato
Carrots
Bell pepper
Ginger
Garlic
Onion
Water
Salt
Cooking oil
Coconut milk

DIRECTIONS:
1. Saute meat in ginger, garlic and onion. Add salt and water. Simmer until tender.
2. Dissolve the golden curry cubes with the boiling meat.
3. Put the potato, carrots, bell pepper, and coconut milk.
4. Stir well, simmer until cooked then serve.

CAULIBROCCOLI

Cauliflower and broccoli in oyster sauce, with the savory cuts of tender meat. A healthy recipe even picky little eaters will enjoy it.

INGREDIENTS:
Cauliflower
Broccoli
Button mushroom
Pork, chicken , or beef
Oyster sauce
Bell pepper
Garlic
Onion
Salt
Water
Cooking oil

DIRECTIONS:
1. Saute meat chunks and mushroom in garlic and onion. Add salt and water. Boil until tender.
2. Pour the oyster sauce. Mix well then let it boil again.
3. Put all the vegetables, stir, simmer for few minutes then serve.

SWEET AND SOUR FISH

Try this tasty fish in a delicious sauce with half cooked vegetables. Enjoy it with rice and you will surely forget your diet.

INGREDIENTS:

Ginger
Bell pepper
Onion
Garlic
Carrots
sugar
Vinegar
Water
Cooking oil
Banana ketchup
Sweet chili sauce

DIRECTIONS:
1. Fry the fish then set aside.
2. Mix vinegar, sugar, sweet chili sauce, banana ketchup, and water for the sauce.
3. Sauté ginger, garlic, onion. Pour the sauce mixture to boil. Add salt.
4. Put the fish and simmer to soften.
5. Include carrot, onion, and bell pepper. Simmer for seconds then serve.

MILKFISH STEWED IN VINEGAR

This dish is common in pinoy households and can keep well. Quick and easy to cook, nutritious and heart friendly. Milkfish cooked in vinegar and vegetables, little bit spicy, no oil, suited for health conscious people.

INGREDIENTS:
Milkfish
Ginger
Vinegar
Salt
Ampalaya
Alagaw leaves
Green long chili
Eggplant
Water

DIRECTIONS:
1. At the bottom of a pot arrange the alagaw leaves.
2. Alternately, arrage the fish, chopped ginger, green long chili, cut ampalaya and eggplant.
3. Add salt then pour the vinegar. Pour water according to your preference. Bring to boil in few minutes then serve.
