DIRECTIONS:
1. Combine ground beef, egg, flour, ground black pepper, chopped onion, salt, and fish sauce. Mix well then form meatballs turn flat burger patties. Deep fry then set aside.
2. For the gravy, boil beef and chicken stock in cooking oil, butter, and flour. Add water to control its thickness.
3. Stir-fry whole corn kernel, cut mushroom and carrots in butter.
4. The burger patties are crunchy after frying, so you need to soften all by putting the patties while the gravy is boiling. Simmer for few minutes then remove from the gravy.
5. Add rice then arrange on a plate. Serve and enjoy!

DIRECTIONS:
1. Clean and boil the shrimps, squids, and mussels. Remove the hard shells, peel shrimps, and cut the squids. Also boil and peel the quail eggs then set aside.
2. Cut and fry the squid balls, crab stick, and kikiam with the chicken meat. Set aside.
3. Saute seafood and mushroom with chopped garlic and onions. Add fish sause, salt, ketsup, water with dissolved flour to thicken sauce, butter, and oyster sauce. Let it boil.
4. Add the cut veggies and all the ingredients. Mix well then simmer for minutes. Serve and enjoy.
