LONG BEAN LEAVES WITH SHRIMPS

The long bean leaves are no less delicious and nutritious compare to other green leafy vegetables. The leaves are easy to prepare and require short time to cook.

INGREDIENTS:
Long bean leaves
Shrimp
Garlic
Onion
Tomato
Shrimp paste

DIRECTIONS:
1. Remove the hard stem of the long bean leaves.
2. Saute shrimps with chopped garlic, onion, tomato. Add shrimp paste to flavor.
3. Include the long green leaves with the sauteed shrimps then simmer for minutes. Stir then serve.

SWEET CREAMY JACKFRUIT ON ICE

The flavorful jackfruit blends well with milk and sugar. By just boiling the three ingredients with water, a classic dessert is made. To make it more refreshing… Freezing it can cool your day.

INGREDIENTS:
Jackfruit fleshy meat
Brown sugar
Milk
Water

DIRECTIONS:
1. Boil the jackfruit fleshy meat with brown sugar and water. When it turned glossy brown in color, it is cooked already and ready for dessert.
2. To make it more refreshing, let it cool then add more water and milk. Stir it well then pour it in a container then freeze.

INGREDIENTS:
Pork lean meat
Pork liver
Soy sauce
Calamansi
Potato
Carrots
Bell pepper
Hotdog
Raisins
Green peas
Garlic
Onion
Tomato sauce
Cooking oil
Water
Salt
Ground black pepper
Sugar
Laurel leaves

DIRECTIONS:
1. Boil the pork liver for few minutes to make it a little bit hard and easy to cut.
2. Cut the pork lean meat and liver into small cubes then boil it with soy sauce and calamansi juice until cooked. Add water as needed. Set aside.
3. Cut the potatoes, carrots, and hotdogs in cubes.
4. Saute the cooked lean meat and liver in chopped garlic and onion. Add laurel leaves.
5. Before the meat becomes tender, add all the ingredients with the tomato sauce. Mix well then add salt and sugar according to taste. Simmer for minutes until becomes tender and sauce thickened. Serve and enjoy.

BURGER STEAK 2

INGREDIENTS:
Ground beef
Button mushroom
Carrots
Whole corn kernel
Butter
Flour
Egg
Onion
Black ground pepper
Salt
Fish sauce
Cooking oil
Water
Meat stock

DIRECTIONS:
1. Combine ground beef, egg, flour, ground black pepper, chopped onion, salt, and fish sauce. Mix well then form meatballs turn flat burger patties. Deep fry then set aside.
2. For the gravy, boil beef and chicken stock in cooking oil, butter, and flour. Add water to control its thickness.
3. Stir-fry whole corn kernel, cut mushroom and carrots in butter.
4. The burger patties are crunchy after frying, so you need to soften all by putting the patties while the gravy is boiling. Simmer for few minutes then remove from the gravy.
5. Add rice then arrange on a plate. Serve and enjoy!

SEAFOOD DELIGHT

Eating boiled or fried seafood is always fun! But cooking it with different ingredients and a tasty sauce adds more excitement and delight.

INGREDIENTS:
Squid
Shrimp
Asean green mussel
Button mushroom
Crab stick
Squid ball
Kikiam
Chicken
Oyster sauce
Fish sauce
Ketsup
Garlic
Onion
Sayote
Carrot
Baby corn
Bell pepper
Chicharo beans
Cauliflower
Broccoli
Quail egg
Salt
Butter
Cooking oil
Water
Flour

DIRECTIONS:
1. Clean and boil the shrimps, squids, and mussels. Remove the hard shells, peel shrimps, and cut the squids. Also boil and peel the quail eggs then set aside.
2. Cut and fry the squid balls, crab stick, and kikiam with the chicken meat. Set aside.
3. Saute seafood and mushroom with chopped garlic and onions. Add fish sause, salt, ketsup, water with dissolved flour to thicken sauce, butter, and oyster sauce. Let it boil.
4. Add the cut veggies and all the ingredients. Mix well then simmer for minutes. Serve and enjoy.
