CHICKEN CURRY

This is a plain version of curry. It doesn’t have coconut milk.  Just as simple as it can be. But the taste is authentic, enough to eat more and enjoy.

INGREDIENTS:
Chicken
Curry paste
Ginger
Garlic
Onion
Fish sauce
Water
Potato
Carrots
Bell pepper
Chillies
Cooking oil

DIRECTIONS:
1. Sauté the chicken in ginger, garlic, and onion. Add fish sauce.
2. Let it boil to cook. Include the
Potato, carrots, bell pepper, and chillies. Pour water with the curry paste. Mix well. Simmer until all becomes tender. Serve and enjoy.

TUNASILOG

We can almost pair any food when it comes to egg and fried rice. Tuna flakes is an easy one. Have a great breakfast to start a good day.

INGREDIENTS:
Tuna flakes
Egg
Rice
Garlic
Onion
Cooking oil

DIRECTIONS:
1. Saute tuna flakes in garlic and onion. Simmer until tuna flakes oil turns dry.
2.Cook the garlic rice.
3. Fry egg sunny side up.
4. Arrange on a plate then serve.

CRAB AND SHRIMP IN COCONUT MILK WITH VEGGIES

Find a good place where you can enjoy breaking and pulling apart this creamy seafood delight. Ready to eat by using your hands. Sharing it with your loved ones is more fun.

INGREDIENTS:
Crab
Shrimp
Coconut Milk
Ginger
Garlic
Onion
Squash
Long beans
Salt
Water
Cooking Oil

DIRECTIONS:
1. Boil the crab and shrimp then saute it in ginger, garlic, and onion.
2. Put the squash, and long beans. Add salt, then pour the coconut milk water.
3. Bring to boil until the veggies cooked.
4. Mix well then let it simmer for minutes. Serve and enjoy.

MALAKAPAS STEWED IN VINEGAR

Eating good food does not only mean delicious, it should also mean healthy. After all the glamour of saucy and spicy dishes, a simple paksiw is a breaker.

INGREDIENTS:
Malakapas fish
ginger
long green chili
vinegar
water
salt

DIRECTIONS:
1. Boil the fish in vinegar with ginger, long green chili, and salt.
2. When the vinegar is well boiled with the fish, add water to neutralize the strong sour taste. Keep it boiling in strong fire for minutes, then serve.

TAPSILOG

Our favorite breakfast is usually anything with egg and fried rice. Among these SILOG combinations, this one is on the top list, beef tapa.

INGREDIENTS:
Beef
Egg
Rice
Garlic
Onion
Salt
Cooking oil
Water
Ground black pepper

DIRECTIONS:

1. Boil the beef in water, salt, ground black pepper, onion.
2. Let it boil until becomes tender then fry.
3. Fry egg, then cook the garlic rice. Arrange then serve.
