This is a plain version of curry. It doesn’t have coconut milk. Just as simple as it can be. But the taste is authentic, enough to eat more and enjoy.
INGREDIENTS:
Chicken
Curry paste
Ginger
Garlic
Onion
Fish sauce
Water
Potato
Carrots
Bell pepper
Chillies
Cooking oil
DIRECTIONS:
1. Sauté the chicken in ginger, garlic, and onion. Add fish sauce.
2. Let it boil to cook. Include the
Potato, carrots, bell pepper, and chillies. Pour water with the curry paste. Mix well. Simmer until all becomes tender. Serve and enjoy.
DIRECTIONS: 1. Saute tuna flakes in garlic and onion. Simmer until tuna flakes oil turns dry. 2.Cook the garlic rice. 3. Fry egg sunny side up. 4. Arrange on a plate then serve.
