cheese
cream
condensed milk

DIRECTIONS:

CHICKEN CURRY 2

Let’s try this popular Asean dish in a Filipino cooking style. Using an authentic japanese golden curry paste gives an original flavor, but our ingredients make it friendly to those who are not familiar with the taste.

INGREDIENTS:
Chicken
Potato
Carrot
Green chilli
Coconut milk
Japanese golden curry paste
Ginger
Garlic
Onion
Bell pepper
Cooking oil
Water
Salt
Sugar

DIRECTIONS:
1. Sauté chicken in ginger, garlic, and onion.
Let it simmer then add salt and water to boil. Put the golden curry paste. Let it melt and turn into thick sauce.
2. Put the potatoes, carrots, and bell pepper then wait until it becomes tender with the chicken. Pour the coconut milk then let it simmer for minutes. Serve and enjoy.

SPICY CREAMY SIZZLING TOFU

What about a twist? Making it a little bit spicy and creamy. A small addition to our ingredients can make a tasty change to a regular dish. Maybe not so big, but you can tell a new delightful flavor in it.

INGREDIENTS:
Firm tofu
Chicken breast
Sweet potato
Bell pepper
Onion leaves
Celery
Onion
All purpose cream
Green chilli
Cooking oil
Oyster sauce
Water

DIRECTIONS:
1. Cut the tofu, chicken breast, and sweet potato into small cubes then fry all.
2. Chop the onion,green chilli, celery, onion leaves, and bell pepper.
3. Mix oyster sauce and water. Bring to boil then put all the ingredients with the all purpose cream. Mix well then simmer for fer minutes. Serve hot and enjoy!

MIXED VEGGIES AND NOODLES IN CREAMY ROASTED CHICKEN SOUP

Imagine a sweet moment with your family. Bonding and talking, then you started watching a good movie. Suddenly, you decided to cook something that will warm their hearts, a soup. And this was it! Try and make a tasty memories while enjoying it hot.

Ingredients:
Roasted chicken
Garlic
Onion
Spaghetti Noodles
Carrots
Whole corn kernel
Green peas
Powdered milk
Evaporated milk
Cream of chicken
Cooking oil
Water
Salt
Fish sauce

DIRECTIONS:
1. Sautè the shredded roasted chicken with garlic and onion, in a cooking oil with melted butter.
2. Add the mixed veggies and the boiled cut spaghetti noodles.
3. Mix the cream of chicken in water then pour it to boil. Add salt and fish sauce.
4. Mix the powdered and evaporated milk then add it to taste creamy.
5. Stir well. Simmer for minutes. Serve it hot and enjoy.

SPICY SEAFOOD CARBONARA

 

Twist and turn ingredients in a spicy creamy pasta is exciting. A little bit of sweetness will add up to its taste and flavor. Enjoy this delight  and be happy!

INGREDIENTS:
Shrimp
Spicy Tuna in flakes
Mushroom
Green mussel
Garlic
Onion
All purpose cream
Cheese
Pasta herb spice blend
Pasta
Water
Sliced button mushroom
Cooking oil
Butter
Salt
Oyster sauce
Sugar

DIRECTIONS:
1. Boil the pasta until cooked. Set aside.
For the carbonara sauce:
2. Sauté the peeled shrimp and spicy tuna flakes in garlic and onion. Add a little bit of oyster sauce to flavor, and add salt.
3. Pour the cream then add water. Bring to boil then sprinkle it with the pasta herb spice blend.
4. Add the grated cheese. Add a little bit of sugar to sweet.
5. Put pasta on a plate then carbonara sauce on top. Serve and enjoy!
