Lemon grass
Ginger
Garlic
Fish sauce

DIRECTION:
1. Sauté chicken in ginger and garlic. Add salt and fish sauce.
2. Put the lemon grass then add water.
3. Bring to boil until chicken is cooked and tender. Simmer for few minutes. Serve.

Tamarind fruit
Ginger
Onion
Tomato
Banana heart
String beans
Eggplant
Okra
Kangkong

DIRECTIONS:
1. Boil gabi in water. Put the shrimp. Add salt and green chili. Boil the tamarind fruit then filter to get the juice. Set aside.
2. Include ginger, onion, tomato. Boil then the banana heart, string beans, eggplant, okra, and kangkong.
3. When all is cooked, pour the tamarind juice. Boil, simmer for minutes. Serve.

DIRECTIONS: 1. Remove the kernels from the corncob. 2. Sauté the kernels in chopped garlic. Add a little salt to taste. 3. Constant stirring until cooked. Serve.
